Refund Policy

Due to the nature of research-use-only compounds, all sales are final once an order has been dispatched. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your order number. We will review claims on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund any time before they are dispatched. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, as all sales are final for research-use-only compounds. To request a cancellation, contact support@koup-love-llc.net with your order number as soon as possible after ordering; we will confirm whether the order has already entered processing. Approved cancellation refunds are issued to the original payment method.
