Commission & Tier Structure
Base commission — 10%
Every approved affiliate starts at 10% commission on all qualifying, completed sales referred through their unique link, tracked with a 30-day referral window.
Select-product rates — up to 15%
Certain products earn a higher rate — up to 15% — based on that product’s margin. Your dashboard always shows the current rate per product, so you know exactly what each referral earns.
Performance tiers (as the program grows)
Consistent, high-performing affiliates move up the tier ladder over time. Tier thresholds are set as the program grows and active affiliates are notified as they unlock a higher rate:
Tier 1 — Starter10%
Tier 2 — Performer12%
Tier 3 — Elite15%
Tiers are performance-based and introduced as the program scales; thresholds and rates are set at Koup_Love LLC’s discretion and may change with notice.
How you’re paid. Commissions are approved after the refund and chargeback window closes, then paid on a regular schedule. Referrals on orders later refunded, cancelled, or charged back are reversed.
Research-Use-Only condition. All Koup_Love products are sold strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use only. As an affiliate you agree to market them on those terms only — no therapeutic, medical, human-use, weight-loss, or personal-use claims — and to include the required FTC disclosure on every promotion. Affiliate Program Terms & Advertising Policy
are sold strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use only (RUO). They are
not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food, and are
not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, or for
human or veterinary use. As a condition of participation, every affiliate agrees to
market these products on those terms and no others.
1. Purpose & scope
This policy governs participation in the Koup_Love Peptides Affiliate Program
(“Program”), operated by Koup_Love LLC (“we,” “us”). By enrolling, you (“Affiliate”)
agree to these terms in full. We may update them at any time; continued participation
after an update constitutes acceptance.
2. Independent contractor status
Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents, partners, or joint
venturers of Koup_Love LLC. You have no authority to make statements, representations,
or commitments on our behalf, and nothing you publish should imply otherwise.
3. Permitted marketing — RUO framing only
You may promote our products only in a manner consistent with their research-use-only status. Permitted messaging is limited to:
- Factual descriptions of the compound, purity, and third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA) data we publish.
- Research and laboratory context (in-vitro use, reference to published literature that you do not misrepresent).
- Pricing, availability, and your assigned affiliate link or coupon code.
4. Prohibited marketing
Affiliates must never:
- Make or imply any therapeutic, medical, health, anti-aging, weight-loss, performance, or human/animal-use claim, or describe dosing, administration, or protocols for use in humans or animals.
- Target, encourage, or facilitate personal use or purchase for consumption, injection, or any in-vivo application.
- Reference specific diseases, conditions, symptoms, or outcomes in connection with our products.
- Market to, or through channels primarily directed at, minors (persons under 18).
- Use spam, unsolicited bulk email/SMS, misleading subject lines, cloaked links, or trademark-infringing domains or ad copy.
- Bid on our brand names or trademarks (e.g., “Koup_Love,” “KOUP_LOVE Peptides”) in paid search, or represent yourself as the official brand.
- Make false, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated statements of any kind, including about competitors.
- Publish our products on platforms or in jurisdictions where doing so is prohibited.
5. FTC endorsement & disclosure requirement
Because you receive compensation, U.S. Federal Trade Commission rules require a clear,
conspicuous disclosure of the material connection on every post, page, video, or message
that promotes our products. The disclosure must be unavoidable and in plain language —
for example: “I earn a commission on purchases made through my link. #ad” —
placed before the affiliate link, not buried in a bio, footer, or
hashtag cluster. Disclosures must appear on each platform where you promote, in the same
language as the content.
6. Commission structure
Commissions are earned on qualifying, completed sales referred through your unique
affiliate link, subject to a 30-day referral cookie window. Rates are
tiered and may vary by product; certain products carry reduced or no commission where
margin does not support it. Current rates are shown in your affiliate dashboard.
7. Coupons & discounts
Only affiliate-specific codes we issue to you may be used or advertised. Posting our
codes on public coupon-aggregation or deal sites is prohibited. Discount eligibility and
ceilings are set per product at our sole discretion and may change without notice.
8. Payment, holding period & clawback
Approved commissions are paid on a regular schedule after the refund and
chargeback window has closed. Commissions on any order that is later
refunded, cancelled, charged back, or found fraudulent are reversed
(clawed back) from your balance or, if already paid, deducted from future
payouts or invoiced. We may withhold or delay payment while investigating suspected
violations of this policy.
9. Compliance, audit & termination
We may review any Affiliate’s marketing at any time. Violation of this policy — in
particular any therapeutic/human-use claim or failure to disclose — may result in
immediate termination, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and removal from the Program.
Either party may terminate at any time for any reason. Sections that by their nature
survive termination (including indemnification and clawback) continue to apply.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Koup_Love LLC and its members from any claim,
loss, or liability arising out of your marketing activities, your breach of this policy,
or your violation of any law or third-party right.
11. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its
conflict-of-laws rules.
